During our family stay, we visited the Ferry Building, which is a must-see with its great shops and fresh food options. The free WiFi kept the kids entertained. Our room was equipped with a microwave for snacks, making our stay convenient.
My children wanted a safer area to explore. it was a bit unsettling for us. The hotel could greatly improve security features for families.

Bed was comfortable enough for a single night.
The entire experience at this hotel was a nightmare! The room was dirty with brown stains on the sheets, making me question if they were ever cleaned. I heard nonstop noise, from arguments in the hallway to guests complaining loudly about their stolen items. It felt unsafe, especially for someone femme presenting, as I was constantly harassed outside.

great staff but room for improvement
The staff was exceptionally accommodating throughout my stay, making it a lot easier to recover from my injury. The room was cozy, equipped with useful amenities like a small fridge and microwave, which added to the convenience of my visit. Additionally, the fast, free WiFi helped me stay connected when I needed to catch up on work and kept me entertained during my downtime.
The location, while central, felt a bit unsettling at times.

The location feels sketchy, with a constant noise from the street and the occasional whiff of pot wafting through the halls. The shared bath was conveniently located directly across from my room, which was clean and tidy. However, the room itself was sparse, lacking basic amenities like hangers or adequate lighting. I did enjoy the French fries from the small dining area, though the overall atmosphere left much to be desired.
